Returns Accepted: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Store credit can be used for online or in-store purchases. Â
Nonrefundable Items: Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Final sale items include items purchased at a discounted price of 25% off and more, jewelry swimwear, intimates, cosmetics and gourmet items.Â
Return Conditions: Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received - unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging. Gabrielle's reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.Â
Holiday Items: All Holiday themed items may be returned until 10 days prior to the holiday.Â
Note on Processing Times: At Gabrielle's, we work hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Â
Damaged Items: While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, please send a photo and your order number to info@shopgabrielles.com with 48 hours. We will then be in touch about the process to make this right.Â
Return Process: We recommend sending items back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. Gabrielle's is not responsible for items lost while in-transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.Â
